Details:
1) Form change:
Beginning in tax year 2011, all full-year Oregon residents will use Oregon Form 40.
There is no longer an Oregon Form 40S. This means that all Oregon filers will need to include a federal form when they file.
2) New business credits:
There are additional energy credits:
• Renewable energy resource equipment manufacturing facility.
• Energy conservation project.
• Transportation projects.
• Renewable energy development contributions.
3) Charitable check offs:
You can now donate all or part of your refund to Cascade AIDS Project.
4) Tax rates and Standard deduction amounts are changed.
5) Federal Tax Liability Amounts are increased. Maximum Federal Tax liability amount is now $5950.
